was founded in 1986 by partners Brad Lehrer and Susan Van Allen. Together they form a solid team of common sense and creative know-how.

We are recognized in the industry for our innovative use of continuous, disposable, plastic banners and for creating unique point of promotion marketing packages. In addition to providing high-value promotion items to large and small companies across the country, we are dedicated to providing customer service second to none.


Brad Lehrer – President

Brad Lehrer is the creative go-to mind at Banners on a Roll®.  As a former concert promoter, Brad was always faced with the challenge of advertising efficiently with a budget in mind.  Once he left the world of concert promoting he committed himself to helping others find their niches by becoming a print broker and getting people and brands prepared and noticed at their own events.  Brad’s innate ability to solve the printing problems that others walk away from embodies everything Banners on a Roll® stands for.

Susan Van Allen – CEO

Susan Van Allen is the driving sales force at Banners on a Roll®.  In the first part of her life she dedicated herself to education and counseling and later moved on to working at numerous non-profit organizations.  At Banners on a Roll® Susan uses her educational background to educate the clients so they become savvy customers.  There is nothing that Susan can’t help you with, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure her clients receive top-notch service.  Chances are that if you contact Banners on a Roll® for pricing, you’ll receive your quote from Susan.  As one of the hands-on owners, Susan will provide your quote and answer any questions that you may have.  She will follow up with you regularly until you’re ready to order.

Pam Reigel – General Manager

Pam Reigel is what keeps everything rolling at Banners on a Roll®. She heads the production arm of the company and makes sure that the orders go into production and stay on track.  She follows each order to make sure that our clients’ deadlines are met.  Pam is the behind-the-scenes work.  Being in the printing world for more than 20 years, Pam knows what she’s doing.  She’ll answer any questions you may have regarding all our products and will make sure your order arrives on time.  You can rest easy with Pam behind your order.
