We had one particular scenario with one of our customers where we had to go the extra mile, over a raging river, to ensure that our customer’s needs were met. Even the Mississippi River did not stand in the way of delivering on time. After all, as Brad says, “if you deliver the day after the event, the product is worth absolutely nothing.”
