Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions

Mismatched Proof:
If the content, sizing, or quantity of the print received does not match the approved PDF proof, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please remember that PDF proofs are not accurate representations of printed colors, so refunds based solely on color variations from the PDF proof are not accepted.
Late Delivery:
If the product arrives beyond the mutually agreed-upon in-hand date, refunds can be issued unless the delay is caused by unforeseen delays from the shipping company.

We ship our goods throughout the United States and internationally using UPS.
Standard Shipping:
We use UPS Ground for standard shipping by default. If you require expedited shipping, additional charges will apply, and you can select this option during the ordering process.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled up to the point of proof approval. Once proofs are approved, the order enters the production phase and can no longer be canceled. Please review proofs thoroughly before approval to avoid any inconveniences.
